Through the Lens: Young Innovators Photography Camp | Sydney

Discover photography, storytelling, and entrepreneurship while capturing your community through a creative lens.

What happens when creativity meets entrepreneurship? Through the Lens is a three-day camp that invites youth ages 10–15 to explore photography while learning to think like innovators.

Participants will discover how entrepreneurs see opportunities, solve problems, and tell compelling stories—then bring those ideas to life through photography. Along the way, they’ll build creative confidence, strengthen communication skills, and learn how powerful images can inspire action and spark new ideas.

Throughout the camp, participants will:

• Learn photography techniques such as composition, lighting, perspective, and storytelling.
• Explore entrepreneurial thinking by identifying opportunities and solving real-world problems.
• Practice branding, marketing, and visual storytelling.
• Take part in hands-on photography challenges around the community.
• Select and prepare their favourite images for a public showcase.

The camp concludes with a special gallery-style showcase where participants will display their work for family and friends, celebrate their accomplishments, and share the stories behind their photographs.

No previous photography experience is required—just curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to see the world through a new lens.
