Born during the stillness of the 2020 lockdowns, Liven was Richard’s answer to a question many health-conscious consumers didn’t even realize they should be asking: Why isn’t there a probiotic-rich drink that also delivers protein? Combining a passion for gut health with a practical need for balanced macronutrients, Richard began crafting what is now their signature product – Liven Protein Kefir.
